Meet Mark Anthony Manalo, a GoodWork Laundry Rider who has been with the team for over 2 years.
Mark Anthony—known to his friends and family as Kuya Tonton—is a hardworking man who has had years of experience as an app rider: “Bago mag GoodWork, rider na ako ng isang online company na QuadX, na ngayon ay mas kilala as GoGoExpress.”
What he enjoys the most in his day-to-day experience as a Rider is being the starting point of Laundry users’ GoodWork experience. “Sa good attitude dapat nagsisimula yung experience ng customers sa’yo. Yun ang pinakaimportante sa trabaho ko,” he adds.
Beyond who he is as a member of our Laundry team, Kuya TonTon is a highly-motivated, hardworking man who whose northern star are his personal goals and dreams. And in his journey to attain them, he believes that you only need two things: “Kung may gusto kang tuparin at may mga goals ka sa buhay, tiyaga ang kailangan mo at tiwala sa taas. Go lang ng go dapat.”
