Cleaner Spotlight

Without the expertise of our skilled cleaners, GoodWork Cleaning wouldn’t be where it is today. Enter Estela Ponce, a cleaner who has been with us since January 2020. We’re shining the spotlight on her in recognition of her great contributions to the team.

Ate Estela, also known as “Nene” by the people who know her best, is no stranger to the industry of cleaning. Before GoodWork, she worked as a caregiver for a total of 16 years. This already speaks volumes about ate Nene’s character; that she is willing to dedicate her life to caring for others and that she has the strength to power through such a demanding job.

In fact, with her hard work, she was able to put her nephew through college. “Sa akin lang, masaya ako na tumutulong ako sa mga kapatid ko, nanay ko, mga pamangkin ko. Gusto ko silang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral. Yun ang tulong ko sa kanila para maging maganda ang buhay nila. Nakapagtapos na ako ng college ng pamangkin ko.”

Ate Nene is always happy to cater to the needs of the people around her, which is something that carries over to her remarkable work ethics: “Masaya po ako sa aking ginagawa, lalo na sa pag-lilinis para sa mga clients na mababait. Tinuturing ko na pamilya yung mga nililinisan ko.”

We’re grateful that ate Nene is a part of our cleaning team, because through her, we are able to offer a cleaning service that cares about clients. Maraming salamat po ate Nene!
